Great news for people living in or near Birmingham, Emirates airline has announced they will be flying more flights from Birmingham airport to Dubai where they claim the cheap flights will be much lower than their competitors.
This means that passengers wishing to go to Dubai for their summer holiday can now fly from Birmingham instead of having to find cheaper flights in Manchester and London.
With the new addition of the Boeing 777-300ER flying to Dubai, it means that 22 per cent more passengers can fly to Dubai on the same aircraft which according to Emirates the new plane can carry 900 passengers will offer cheaper flights to passengers.
“Emirates provides a vital service for people wanting to reach not only Dubai but more than 100 onward destinations across its global network,” said Martyn Lloyd, air service development director for Birmingham Airport.
