Beyonce getting ready to check into the Hospital

Beyoncé is reported to be getting ready to check into a New York hospital to give birth to her first child.

The heavily pregnant R&B star, who revealed back in August that she and rapper hubby Jay-Z are to be parents, is claimed to have booked half a floor at St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital on Manhattan's Upper West Side.


Alicia Keys gave birth to her son Egypt at the same hospital back in 2010, and may have recommended it to her pal Bey.

Beyoncé and Jay-Z are fiercely protective of their private lives so there has been no official word on when she is due, but December was worked out as the most likely time after comments she made in interviews.
