Jennifer Aniston to direct Friends Movie

Jennifer Aniston has called on her former Friends co-stars to see if they are up for making a Friends film and according to sources close to Jennifer Aniston, all the co-stars are up for it meaning in 2011 we could have a Friends movie hit our cinema screens.

Un lucky in love Jennifer Aniston who is rumoured to be directing the film contacted her former co-stars to ask them if they would be up for the movie idea and stars including Courtney Cox, Matthew Perry, David Schwimmer, Matt LeBlanc and Lisa Kudrow said it would be a great idea.


According to reports, Jennifer decided she wanted to go ahead with the film after seeing how successful Sex and The City films were and believes that a Friends movie could be even more popular.

A source revelled that Jennifer has asked NBC for their backing and although the official line is there is no movie being planned, the source revealed that there is a lot of talk behind the scenes to get the funding and to make sure the script is right and the stars will not make an official statement on the film until everything has been put together.
